How to find a booking in the list
The filter panel narrows down the list and sets the sort order.
Steps
- Open the bookings list and make sure the right scope is selected: active, inactive, or archive.
- If you know the client's name, the booking number, or the vehicle code, start with search: it is faster than filters.
- In the active or inactive scope, if search didn't find it, open the filter panel and narrow the list: period, vehicle, payment status.
- Set the sorting in the panel if the order matters, not just the set of bookings.
Important
Filters work within the active or inactive scope. The archive has no filter panel — use search. If a booking can't be found with any filters, it is most likely in another scope — a completed booking won't show up among the active ones.
What you can filter by
- Period — start and end dates; each can be cleared separately without resetting the other.
- Vehicle — selected from a list; the label next to the name shows the vehicle code.
- Payment status — “Underpaid”, “Paid”, “Overpaid”.
How to sort
You can sort by creation date, start date, end date, number of days, and booking number. The direction is toggled separately — ascending or descending.
Tip
Dates are shown in the familiar DD.MM.YYYY format and are sent in the request in a machine format — you don't need to enter anything special.
