What is configured in your personal profile
The profile holds the user's personal settings, not the company's. Everything you change here applies only to you: your colleagues will not see it.

The last section is not visible to everyone: keys are not issued to partners and agents, and the tab is not shown to them.
Security
Password. A new password must be at least eight characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit. The requirements are checked as you type.
Email. The address is changed in two steps: a confirmation code is sent to the new address, and you need to enter it. The number of attempts is limited — the system shows how many are left.
PIN for shared computers. If the company has turned on shared computer lock, this is also where you set a personal 4-digit PIN, and password sign-in is turned off — you need to sign in with a code from an email or a passkey. Details — How to set up PIN lock on shared computers.
Signing out of all devices ends all sessions at once. After that, you will have to sign in again everywhere, including the device from which you clicked the button.
Tip
This is a useful action if you signed in from someone else's computer and are not sure you signed out.
Notifications
Channels are turned on independently: email, Telegram and push in the app. Events are configured separately — new booking and new message — and each event has its own sound toggle in addition to the notification toggle.
Important
Sound and notification are different settings. A notification that is on without sound turned on will arrive silently.
The “My emails” block there selects which optional company emails arrive at your address: tasks, vehicle reminders, a fines summary and others. Details — How to turn off unwanted emails.
Interface appearance
This is also where you configure what to show on the home page: maintenance, parking location, tires, inspection. This declutters the home page if you do not need some of the blocks.
For the “Main Administrator” and “Branch manager” roles, the “First steps card on the home page” toggle restores a previously hidden first steps card while those steps are still incomplete. The toggle saves immediately.
Dark theme, calendar icons and a shortened add-client form are turned on separately.
AI agent keys
This section gives AI agents access to company data on your behalf: the agent sees exactly what you see, and no more. An agent can be connected with an OAuth connector — without a key, by signing in to RentProg — or with a personal key for the CLI and clients without OAuth.

Important
A key is shown once, when it is created. Copy it right away — it is not displayed again.
If the section says that access is not included in the subscription plan, this is a subscription plan restriction, not a permissions one.
Passwordless sign-in
A passkey lets you sign in with a fingerprint, your face or a device code instead of a password.
Important
Whether a passkey is available on another device depends on how it is stored and synced. RentProg does not restrict sign-in to the device where the key was created. Before signing in from another device, make sure the key is available there.
A separate setting remembers the login on the current device — so you do not have to enter it every time.
Affiliate program
For companies that came through your referral link, you are credited 20% of all their payments — to your internal balance. The link is taken from the profile; there is a version for registration and a version for the website.
Important
For a referral to count, the company must come through your link specifically. A registration via the direct address will not be tied to the program, even if you told them about it.
What else is configured
Personal details — nickname, first name, last name, phone, avatar, Telegram ID. You also choose which fields to show when creating a client: the short form speeds up data entry, the full one collects more data.
How to protect your access
- Open the profile, the security section.
- Change your password: at least eight characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit.
- If you signed in from someone else's computer, end the sessions on all devices.
- Sign in again on your devices: signing out also ends the current session.
How to set up notifications for yourself
- Open the profile, the settings section.
- Turn on the channels: email, Telegram, push in the app.
- Turn on the events you need — new booking, new message.
- Turn on sound separately: each event has its own sound toggle.
