How to set up the home page
The home page is built from widgets. If you have not added any, it shows four default counters: active bookings, yesterday’s bookings, parked vehicles, and number of clients. You can build your own set from the library.
Steps
- Open the home page.
- Turn on edit mode.
- Add the widgets you need from the library — it is divided into sections.
- Drag them into a convenient order. Dragging is not available on a phone — widgets are arranged automatically.
- Remove the widgets you don't need.
- Turn off edit mode to lock in the layout.
First steps card
Users with the “Main Administrator” and “Branch manager” roles see a first steps card above the widgets. It shows the next step: activate a vehicle and fill in base prices, create the first booking, complete handover and return, then add a second employee. Demo and technical bookings do not count.
The card tracks three milestones: “Active vehicle with prices”, “First booking”, and “First completed cycle”. Click an incomplete item to start the action, or “How to do this” to open help for the next step. The card disappears after a completed cycle and the addition of a second active employee.
The “Hide” button hides the card only for you. To bring it back, enable “First steps card on the home page” in profile settings. The toggle saves immediately. It will not bring the card back if the first steps are already complete.
Your widget set is personal
The home page layout is stored per user, not per company. Only you see your widgets; a colleague in the same position may have a different-looking home page.
Tip
That is why “my widget disappeared” almost never means something is broken: the widget was removed from your set, and you can bring it back yourself.
How to add and remove widgets
Widgets come from the library. It is divided into sections — general metrics, bookings, analytics, fines — and within each section the widgets are listed.
To edit the layout:
- Turn on edit mode.
- Add the widgets you need from the library.
- On a computer, rearrange them by dragging.
- Remove the ones you don't need.
- Turn off edit mode — the layout is locked in.
Important
Dragging works only on a computer. Phones use a separate set of widgets. Add them from your phone, and they will stack automatically. Rearranging widgets on a computer does not change the mobile layout.
From a chart to a list
Click a segment of the “Car statuses” or “Available cars” chart to open a list of the vehicles it contains. From the list you can go to a specific booking or vehicle card.
If the list is empty, the widget will say so. An empty list with a non-zero counter means the data has already changed — refresh the page.
Operations log
Recent actions, along with the employee who performed them, are shown on a separate operations page — not in a home page widget. Users with the “Main Administrator” and “Branch manager” roles have access if operations history is included in the subscription plan or a trial is active.
Tip
This is the first place to look when asking “who did this.”
What you can change right on the home page
Some widgets don't just display data, they also let you edit it: washing and fuel status, parking spot, inspection date, seasonal tires. You don't need to open the vehicle card for this.
Upcoming bookings are clickable — you can go straight to the card from the widget.
Important
Technical bookings are not shown among the upcoming ones. If a vehicle is held by a technical booking and must not be handed over, also set its status to “Under repair” — otherwise it will look available.
Partners
The widget grid is hidden for users with the “Partner” role, but they can access a parking table with their vehicles. Profile settings for maintenance, parking spot, tires, and inspection still control the columns in that table.
What to show on the home page
Some blocks are turned on not here but in your personal profile: maintenance, parking spot, tires, inspection. If a block you need is missing from the widget library, check the profile settings.
