How to set up accepting requests from the aggregator
These settings determine which terms the client sees in the external request source.
Steps
- Open the aggregator settings.
- Set the working hours — separately for each day of the week.
- Check the rental payment methods and, separately, the methods for paying the deposit. These are two different sets.
- Review the other terms the client will see.
- After changing each block, click its “Save” button. There is no single button for all settings.
Working hours
They are set separately for each day of the week: the start and end of the working day. The client will not be able to place a request outside these hours.
Separate hours by day are needed when weekends run differently from weekdays — otherwise you would have to keep one schedule for the whole week.
Pickup locations
The pickup locations tab, in the Localrent.com panel, shows the company's pickup locations from Localrent: the name and coordinates of each. They are only displayed here — the delivery fee and delivery radius are not set in these settings.
Payment methods
Payment methods for the rental and methods for paying the deposit are set separately. These are different sets: deposits are often accepted differently from payments.
Tip
These settings apply only to external requests. A booking created by an employee manually is not bound by these restrictions.
