How to turn on the payment methods you need
The set of payment methods is defined by the company settings. The payment and deposit return windows show only the methods that are turned on — the others are not displayed at all.
Steps
- Open the company settings.
- Find the payment methods section.
- Turn on the methods by which you actually accept money.
- Save.
Important
A method that is turned off is shown neither for payment nor for deposit return. If a deposit was accepted by a method that was later turned off, there will be no way to return it by the same method — turn the method back on before the return.
Available:
- cash;
- cashless;
- card-to-card transfer;
- payment from a legal entity.
If a method is not in the window
This is not a malfunction: the method is turned off in the company settings. Turning it on applies to all cash desks and all bookings of the branch at once.
